Richie Sambora and Bon JOvi call it quits after 30 years together. Richie, the lead guitarist for Bon Jovi have decided to separate a source told Us Magazine. He had not been on the Because We Can tour with the band citing ‘personal issue.’ “Due to personal issues, Richie Sambora will not be performing on this upcoming leg. All shows will go on as scheduled,” a statement read on the bands website.
The band got together back in 1983, in New Jersey, but had encountered problems in recent months. “There were a lot of well-documented problems, so this was the best decision for now,” the source tells Us. Sambora will still collect money from the band via songwriting royalties and merchandise.
