Kelly Osbourne’s got a new tatt! The Fashion Police star who has been sporting a purple Mohawk lately showed off her new head tattoo…the words “Stories.” Right before she showe doff her new creation she teased the tatt writing on Instagram, “#oops what did I do tonight?” Kelly’s new tattoo came courtesy of artist Dr. Woo at the Shamrock Social Club parlor in Hollywood.
