Ryan Phillippe and a beautiful blonde were spotted looking cozy and knocking back shots of tequila at Viktor & Spoils in The Hotel on Rivington the other night. Spies said Phillippe ordered shots of 1942 Don Julio tequila, and he looked to be so keen on his comely companion that some fellow guests whispered, “They should get a room.†The couple stayed until 2 a.m., leaving a generous $100 tip on their $350 bill. Ryan is currently shooting episodes of TV’s “Damages.†His rep didn’t get back to us.
