Search Warrant Issued For Prince’s Paisley Home

A search warrant has been issued for Prince’s Paisley estate to continue the investigation over the singer’s death and if drugs were involved. An autopsy was performed last week, but it would be weeks before the results are in.  Sources claim the police want to see if there is evidence of drugs, prescriptions and medical info to aid the investigation.

Law enforcement sources tell ABC that drugs at Prince’s home at the time of his death. Police have contacted the DEA (U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration) about helping them with the alleged drugs found at the home, but they will wait for the toxicology test to be completed.

Just days before Princes death, there are reports that he may have overdosed Percocet. And he was also reportedly treated for the flu at a hospital in Illinois after his private airplane was forced to make an emergency landing! Prince was cremated over the weekend. Bremer Trust has been appointed to temporarily take care of his estate since the later singer had no will.
