Sheryl Crow dated Lance Armstrong for 3 years from 2003 to 2006, in which he won two Tour de France medals. Crow talked to ET about Armstrong’s confession to Oprah via their recent interview, “I think that honesty is always the best bet and that the truth will set you free. To carry around a weight like that would be devastating in the long run.” Crow did not confirm or deny knowing about Armstrong’s doping…so do you think she knew?
