After a surprise pregnancy announcement, Simon Cowell confesses he’s ‘excited’ to be a father with new lady, Lauren Silverman. While promoting “I Can’t Sing – The X Factor Musical” in London he told BBC. “I am good with kids because I like kids. I really do like them and I listen to them. Once I got used to [becoming a father] I did get excited. I think I will be a good dad, so I’m excited.” But he won’t be on diaper duty, “I’m not doing that, 100 percent absolutely not going near that.”Simon is reportedly expecting a boy with Lauren Silverman. “Simon and Lauren are expecting a baby boy. Simon couldn’t be happier. He is just so excited. All he talks about is the baby. Lauren and the baby are doing great.”
