Singer Kehlani Parrish was hospitalized after a suicide attempt following rumors that she cheated on her boyfriend, Cleveland Cavaliers basketball player Kyrie Irving with ex-boyfriend, PartyNextDoor (PND). It was his Instagram photo that sparked the cheating rumors (photo below). In a now deleted Instagram post Kehlani wrote, “Today I wanted to leave this earth. [I’m] being completely selfish for once.” She added a photo on an IV from her hospital bed.
“Never thought I’d get to such a low point. But.. Don’t believe the blogs you read .. No one was cheated on and I’m not a bad person… Everyone is hurt and everyone is in a place of misunderstanding. But as of today, I had no single wish to see tomorrow.. But God saved me for a reason, and for that… I must be grateful.. Cuz I’m not in heaven right now for a reason.”
According to TMZ, the 20-year-old singer was placed on a psychiatric hold and taken to the hospital for a mental evaluation. She has since removed all photos from Instagram and is taking a break from social media.”On that note.. Bye Instagram.”
