The Jersey Shore has officially resumed filming, which means the crew got a pay raise to almost $30K…an episode for season 3…whoa! I guess reality pays!
So Snooki is back filming…
The “Jersey Shore” strike is quickly coming to an end — TMZ has learned Snooki has reached a deal with producers in which she will score, “substantially more money than before.”
A source involved in the negotiations tells us a deal was struck late last night — and Snooki is thrilled to death with the terms.
As far as the money goes, the source wouldn’t tell us an exact amount, but noted, “Definitely great compensation.”
We’re told Snooki will get back to shooting the show in the next day or two.
Snooki also talks about the jealously of the other castmates against her and “The Situation” since they are most in demand. In reality though…they kinda made the show so…
“Myself, Pauly, Vinny and Jenny [J-Woww], we’ve all stayed the same,” she says in the new issue of Steppin’ Out magazine. “We’re the closet friends in the house. I trust them with my life…It hasn’t gotten to our heads.”
But Polizzi, 22, points out that she and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino have become more in-demand celebs than their costars on the MTV hit. “I know the others want the same opportunities that Mike and I get, but we don’t control those things,” she sniffs. “The media isn’t asking for the others so they can’t really be mad at me.”
Noting Pauly D’s rising stature as a DJ and Jenni “Jwoww” Farley’s fashion line, she still concedes, “I can understand why the others might be jealous. They aren’t doing anything, but they should still be happy for me.”
