Saturday Night Live star Tracy Morgan has been upgraded to fair condition following New Jersey car accident that left one dead and a few injured according to the AP. Morgan’s rep Lewis Kay said the comedian’s personality is returning, “His personality is certainly starting to come back as well.”
Morgan suffered broken bones in that accident that claimed the life of his friend/comedy writing partner, James McNair and injured tow other when a Walmart tractor trailer crashed in the back of Morgan’s limo bus. Morgan was returning from a comedy gig when the truck driven by Kevin Roper toppled Morgan’s vehicle. Roper has plead not guilty, but some reports claim he had not slept in 24 hours.
