Usher’s son Usher V, 5, and Navivyd Ely, 4 will remain in his custody after his his ex-wife, Tameka Foster attempted to regain custody of the boys after Usher V (also known as Cinco) almost drowned in a pool accident. An Atlanta judge decided to dismiss the case. According to People, Tameka claims “Usher is unresponsive to her, leaves their sons in the care of unfit supervision and is an absentee father. The singer said her claims are false, that the children are well taken care of and that he has not barred her from their lives.” Usher and Foster hugged at the end of the hearing and he even told her “I’m sorry.”
