V. Stiviano had been staying silent but very visible for the past week after scandal with her rumored sugar daddy/Clippers owner Donald Sterling broke last weekend. But last night V. decided to sit down with Barbara Walters for an interesting interview in which she says Donald is not racist despite the recording that was released last week in which he scolded V. for posting photos with her black friends on Instagram. And V. added that this is not the first time Sterling engaged in the racist talk, “There’s been a number of occasions where Mr. Sterling and I had conversations just like this one. This was one of very man. Part of what the world heard was only 15 minutes. There’s a number of other hours that the world doesn’t know.”

But she tried to defend Sterling, “I think Mr. Sterling is from a different generation than I am. I think he was brought up to believe these things … segregation, whites and blacks. But through his actions he’s shown that he’s not a racist. He’s shown to be a very generous and kind man.” And she even said she’s his best friend, “I’m Mr. Sterling’s everything. I’m his confidante, his best friend, his silly rabbit.” Ummmm ok…

Sterling has been banned from the league for life, slapped with $2.5 million fine, and told he must sell the Clippers team by NBA Commissioner Adam Silver.
