The Fast and the Furious franchise is giving it a go for another two films. We already knew Fast 8 was on the horizon but now it’s just been announced that the franchise will continue for two more films with the series ending in 2021. Vin Diesel made the announcement today on Instagram in a series of posts. “The studio has asked me to release some very big Fast news. As most of you know I like to stay in character for the most part when given the opportunity to make magic. However, it was Toretto Tuesday and the studio gave me big news to share… So I will share it.” Fast 8 will be out April 14, 2017; the ninth installment on April 19, 2019 and the tenth installment will hit theaters on April 2, 2021.
We’ll miss Paul for all of it!
