Kim and Kanye Welcome Chicago West
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West named their newborn daughter, Chicago West, and the internet was set on fire. Chicago just happens to be the city that Kanye grew up in and so he has an emotional attachment to it. They are not the first to name their kid after a city—-hello Paris Hilton and Brooklyn Decker.
After fans thought that Kim secretly named her daughter something with the initial LV after the fashion house she had to set them straight. “NOPE! It was Kim Jones last show and wanted to snap a LV pic How amazing did Naomi & Kate look?!” Kim wrote on Twitter. Kim announced on Tuesday that her new bundle of joy was born on born Monday January 15, 2018, at 12:47 a.m., weighing 7 lbs., 6 oz. “Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl.”
People were officially torn on Twitter. Some loved the named and other hated it—regardless it was a fun time. Hopefully, she will grow into her name.
Chicago or ‘Chi’ for short according to auntie Khloe made her debut on Monday via gestational carrier.
I LOOOOOOOOOOVE her name 😍😍😍😍 hey Chi (shy) https://t.co/Ikd0ay3DsO

First of all, Chicago West is a fucking badass beautiful name. Second of all, I would legit name my baby Seattle Grace Mercy West in a HEARTBEAT so people who can’t deal with creative names can fuck off into the ocean sea.
