What a terrible injury. Zac Efron fell in his home and broke his jaw. According to E!News the actor had to have his mouth wired shut over the weekend after he slipped in the front entrance of his L.A.-area home which was wet. Efron broke his jaw and also suffered a gash that needed stitches…but a full recovery is expected…now he will not be able promote his new comedy That Awkward Moment. Poor guy!!
