Taylor Swift went there and performed Calvin Harris’ hit song, This Is What You Came For’ —which she wrote—at the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix at Circuit of The Americas on Saturday in Austin, Texas. “Welcome to F1 on a Saturday night,” Taylor told the audience. “As a songwriter, the most rewarding feeling in the world is writing something and having a crowd sing it back to you because you know the words. I never played this song live before, but you know it. Maybe you can sing along.”
Calvin and Taylor famously fought over the song after it was leaked she wrote the hit song even though they denied working together.She sang Rihanna’s part of the song of course, did you like her rendition? It’s way slower of course and more romantic.
This was Taylor’s only real performance this year. Wow!
