Memphitz (Mickey Wright) will be taking K.Michelle and VH1 (along with Mona Scott Young) to court over the physical abuse allegations from K.Michelle about Memphitz during their relationship. The allegation became a huge part of K.Michelle’s storyline on Love & Hip Hop:Atlanta. Part 2 of the reunion show aired last night wrapping up the season and now the show has been smacked with a lawsuit! K.Michelle may have never mentioned Memphitz’s name on the show, it was widely known that she was talking about him, he denies her claims. Memphitz has now slapped the VH1 show and K.Michelle with a defamation lawsuit!
“My family and I have suffered tremendously while VH-1, Monami Ent., and the other companies provided a worldwide platform for K. Michelle to repeatedly assassinate my character. The filing of this suit is to compensate for the irreparable damage that has been done to my reputation and to deter these companies from doing such future harm to others.”
