Kim Kardashian is defending her hubs Kanye after that whole awkward wheelchair incident from last week...you know the one in which Kanye demands everyone stand at his concert except…not all are able to stand and he makes quite the spectacle of himself when he learns one of his fans is in a wheelchair.
Anyways..Kim defended her hubby via a tweet writing, “What an amazing Australian tour! Its frustrating that something so awesome could be clouded by lies in the media. Kanye never asked anyone in a wheel chair to stand up & the audience videos show that. He asked for everyone to stand up & dance UNLESS they were in a wheel chair. #JustWantedEveryoneToHaveAFunNight #TheMediaTwistsThings.”
Listen I totally get it I would defend my hubby (or my boyfriend R), but behind closed doors it would be a different story.
Kanye tried to defended himself during another performance…and he blames the media.
“What I want you to do is I want you to run the video everyone’s talking about where I so-called screamed at somebody and everything. I want you to run that, right, since this is such big media-press-news and everything that obviously they trying to demonize me for. It’s like, “Welcome to today’s news, ladies and gentlemen.” We’ve got Americans getting killed on TV, kids getting killed every weekend in Chicago, unarmed people getting killed by police officers…”
“…It makes you just want to reflect on what are the things that are a little bit more sensationalized than others. … Because they’ve got this thing where they want the masses—people who’ve never heard my albums—to somehow read a headline that reads negative, and think that I’m a bad person or something. I’m not judging, I’m just going to tell you who I am. I’m a married, Christian man.”
“Anyone here that’s married or that’s in a relationship knows that there’s enough things working against you. I’m not going to make one of them Ben Affleck statements and s–t.”
What did Ben Affleck do to him? And what does being Christian have to do with anyone. He’s the one that made a big deal because everyone was not standing at his concert but hopefully the man in the wheelchair was not too embarrassed by the incident. Who stops a performance to call out people?
On a side note Kim is trying to get pregnant again…or so she said on Australia’s “Today Show.” “We’re trying. I guess, it’s all in God’s hands.”
