Nick Stahl may have entered a rehab facility to help with his addiction problem but he has already checked himself out after almost a month in rehab a source told E!News. He has been spotted back in downtown LA.
“He left a week ago. He walked out against doctors’ advice. He just didn’t want to be there anymore…It is very sad. He’s still struggling and has yet to hit rock bottom. Everyone is extremely worried about him.”
Stahl had went missing for several days prompting his wife to go to the police to look for him. And then he surfaced via e-mail letting his friends know he was ok and was seeking help.
