Amanda Bynes is slowly chipping away at her legal troubles. A judge dismissed all charges in connection to her NYC bong out the window case. At the time Amanda’s neighbors had complained she was smoking week and acting strangely before she threw her bong out the winder of her high rise apartment. Amanda has been able to stay out of trouble since being released from rehab late last year.
At least she’s on the right track…take note Shia!
