Amanda Bynes spotted leaving hospital…no she has not been released from her 5150 psychiatric hold…she has relocated to another hospital, UCLA Psychiatric Facility. The former actress was seen wearing a short blue wig and blanket as she jumped into an SUV. It was Amanda’s mother who decided on the move since UCLA has one of the best psych facilities in the nation. Doctors continue to evaluate Amanda.
