“Gossip Girl” star Kelly Rutherford was overheard saying that despite their breakup, Blake Lively and Penn Badgley were still “super cuddly” on set of the CW show.
Speaking at the opening of 25 Park Boutique on Third Avenue, Rutherford said the couple still had a cozy relationship despite Blake’s budding romance with “Blue Valentine” star Ryan Gosling.
