According to People, Brad filed his response to Jolie’s petition on Friday and he wants joint legal custody of his six children with Angelina—Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 8. Angelina previously stated she wanted sole physical custody of the children with visitation rights for Brad after an alleged altercation that may have included their son Maddox.
We never thought Brad and Angie would split, but they have been sorting through their contentious divorce for the past few weeks. “They are still working on issues that they can’t agree on. It seems their issues still involve the kids,” a source told People.“Brad and Angie haven’t had any contact, and it’s all being worked out via their teams. It’s just a sad situation.”
