Britney Spears is very close to landing a judging spot on The X Factor with Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid. According to Deadline the deal is almost finalized with a possible $15 million pay check, up from the $10 million officially offered. Now that Britney is almost a done deal, Simon still has to fill the other judging seat. Who will it be?
