Charlie Sheen seems to be fighting a lot these days…fighting for his TV show, his salary and his kids!
Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller will be heading to court after all because Brooke wants a monitor to be present when they are with Charlie and he disagrees with that. So off to court they go…
According to TMZ,
Charlie’s lawyer just gave Brooke’s attorneys notice that they will ask a judge Tuesday to undo the restraining order prohibiting Charlie from seeing his kids.
TMZ broke the story … settlement negotiations between Brooke and Charlie stalled this weekend because of several issues, including a requirement that a monitor be present when the kids are at Charlie’s home.
And Charlie is also accusing Brooke of using the kids for photo ops for profit (which I think he was doing a little of the same but…whatever…didn’t he ask Denise to bring over there kids when he was shooting one of his TV specials).
“Charlie hasn’t seen the twins in person since they were removed from his home last Tuesday,” an insider tells me. “He’s getting more and more frustrated every day, seeing pictures of them with their mother as she parades them all over LA like some sort of sick photo opportunity.”
It’s not unusual for celebrities to tip off photographers on when and where they will be with their kids and sharing the profits from the sale of the images.
