Charlie Sheen missed the birthday parties for three of his kids…Sam who turned 7 and Max and Bob who turn 2 today. So I guess his shenanigans aren’t all great and hilarious! He missed some very important birthdays!

Sheen wasn’t invited to either Sam’s shebang, hosted by ex-wife Denise Richards Sunday at an L.A. gymnastics studio or Brooke Mueller “very fun” bash at pal Kathy Hilton’s home complete with a bounce castle.
