Charlie, his ex-wife Brooke Mueller, their twin boys Bob and Max, and a few friends all partied at Buca di Beppo restaurant’s in Encino, Calif.
The popular Italian eatery rolled out the red carpet for the Sheens as Charlie turned 46.
They enjoyed traditional Italian fare including chicken parmigiana, lobster fra diavolo and spaghetti with meatballs.
But dessert was another matter. The Buca di Beppo chefs surprised Charlie with a Major League-themed birthday cake!
