Ocean’s 8 won’t hit theaters until 2018 (yeah an entire year from now), but we already have the first snap from the film with all the famous ladies attached like Sandra Bullock, Sarah Paulson, Rihanna, Anne Hathaway, Cate Blanchett, Mindy Kaling, Helena Bonham Carter and Awkwafina. This cast pretty freakin’ cool! Yes, recent sequels have gotten a bad rap, but we have high hopes for a Rihanna heist flick!
So here is a little background on the film…Sandra Bullock plays Debbie Ocean aka Danny Ocean’s (George Clooney) sister and she’s also a con artist who commissions a few bad ladies to help her pull off a heist in Met Gala. Maybe George will make a cameo!
Side note: Rihanna got into an ugly fight with Rapper Azaelia Banks after RiRi dissed Trumps Immigration Ban. She tweeted, “Disgusted! The news is devastating! America is being ruined right before our eyes! What an immoral pig you have to be to implement such BS!!”
Banks decided to answer Ri’s tweet, ” As far as rihanna (who isn’t a citizen, and can’t vote) and all the rest of the celebrities who are using their influence to stir the public, you lot really REALLY need to shut up and sit down. Stop chastising the president. It’s stupid and pathetic to watch. All of these confused people confuse other confused people. Hoping the president fails is like getting on an airplane and hoping the pilot crashes. What makes you think, the the USA is going to enter the Middle East destroy a bunch of s—t and pull out without any real repercussions????” The ladies then went back and forth even giving out eachother phone numbers.
