Demi Moore has left Utah’s Cirque Lodge behind for a vacation according to E!News. Demi entered rehab after a being hospitalized for a breakdown and seizure-like symptoms. Later media speculated on her weight and possible drug use after the announcement of her divorce late last month. The location of Demi’s vacation is unknown.

Sources exclusively confirm to E! News that the Margin Call star has checked out of rehab at the celeb-favored treatment center.

As we first reported, Moore went to Cirque in the days following her brief hospitalization in Los Angeles after she suffered a seizure-like episode during a party at her Benedict Canyon-area home on Jan. 23.

We can confirm that Moore remains “on vacation” at an undisclosed location.

“She’s in no rush to get back to L.A.,” the source says. “She’s on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people.”

Moore’s camp never revealed what prompted her to seek treatment, but our insider says she sought help for both addiction issues and an eating disorder.

The actress’ family has been hanging tough in the meantime. Rumer Willis, who lives nearby and was at Moore’s home when she had her medical emergency, was seen visiting her mom at the hospital before she went to Utah. Middle daughter Scout is attending Brown University in Rhode Island, and 18-year-old Tallulah has been staying with dad Bruce Willis.

Moore’s rep has not yet returned a request for comment.
