Leggings have to be one of the most comfortable things you can wear in the summer. Even though you are wearing pants (kinda) they are very soft and move with your body. If you have a great body you can wear it with a shorter shirt (not a belly shirt), but I usually wear leggings with a longer shirt (to cover up my butt) like a tunic or a dress. I like the new twist on leggings like making them look like denim  or with zippers.
