Dwyane Wade was forced to hand over his sons Zaire & Zion, to their mother Siohvaughn for her planned visite despite his efforts to keep them from her after her recent stunts (sitting on a Chicago street in front of a courthouse with a sign saying she was homeless). He has full custody of the bits and tried to suspend her Siohvaughn’s visitation (every other weekend, two weeks in the summer) and undergo a psychological evaluation. “They (Wade’s legal team) didn’t have a sufficient legal basis to justify the suspension of Siohvaughn’s visitation schedule,” said Lisa Macci, Funches’ attorney.
