Lea Michele was spotted for the first time this week wearing a “Cory” necklace and today she tweeted, “Spending the day surrounded by great friends.. Hope you all are having a good day.. Sending lots of love to you all..” This is the second time Lea has tweeted since the death if her boyfriend, Cory Monteith earlier this month from a toxic combination of heroin and alcohol.
