Some men are too scared to do this, but Eris Dane plans to be in the delivery room with his wife, Rebecca when they welcome their little baby into the world!
“I’ll be in the room. I’m going to stay close to my wife and make sure that she is all right,” Dane tells Ellen DeGeneres on her show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show set to air Monday. “I’m really excited. I’m also very interested.”
The Valentine’s Day star and wife Rebecca Gayheart have a name in mind, he says, but “Rebecca wants to wait until she sees her before we give her the name.
When DeGeneres asks whether the couple was continuing the celebrity trend of “weird names,” Dane replies, “we went straight down the middle with this one.”
