Erin Andrews is going after Marriott International in a whopping $75 million lawsuit for negligence and invasion of privacy stemming from the 2008 incident where the sports reporter was taped by Michael David Barrett through a peephole in the hotel room, while she was nude. Barrett taped Andrews in an 8 part taping with his cell phone, which he posted online and even tried to sell to TMZ.

Andrews filed an amendment on to her 2011 lawsuit saying the hotel employees was at fault since they told Barrett where Andrews was staying, her room number and booked him in the next room.

Side note: Leah Remini will take over Erin’s Dancing with the Stars hosting duties while she’s off covering The World Series.
