Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling celebrated an ultra low-key birthday for their daughter, Esmeralda who turned the big 1 over the weekend. “It was a quiet and casual party, not the typical celebrity 1st birthday blowout with vendors and other celebrity guests,” a source noted. “It looked like it was just their simple style and more about family and close friends coming together to celebrate Esmeralda.”
Eva and Ryan reportedly let family and friends help out with the party…with Ryan’s sister making a cake, Eva’s family setting up. “Some people brought wrapped gifts, including clothes and toys. One guest arrived carrying a rocking horse, and another had colorful plastic balls to fill a ball pit.”
Wow its been a year and we have yet to see the tot. Uhh we hope she isn’t a teenager before we get a peak her her. But I love a small intimate first birthday party!
