Family Guy star Brian Griffin dead…not so fast! Brian was resurrected on last night’s episode of Family Guy after Stewie does indeed use a time machine to save his canine best friend, Brian. Seth MacFarlane, creator of the show really had us…we all really believed that Brian was dead and the famiy even got Stewie a new replacement, Vinny but alas it was all a prank and probably good ratings at that. Seth even tweeted his astonishment that we all took his word that Brian was dead forever. “I mean, you didn’t really think we’d kill off Brian, did you? Jesus, we’d have to be f*cking high. Oh and hey… thanks for caring so much about the canine Griffin. He is overcome with gratitude.”
