Gwyneth Paltrow had a hard time losing weight after her second child. She struggled with getting her body back in shape like every other woman who has had a baby!Gwyneth has two children Apple and Moses.
“After my first pregnancy, the weight had come off a little bit better but after the second one it was really stubborn. It was really hanging on. It was not easy,” Paltrow says of Moses’ 2006 birth. “But I really was seeing results so it motivated me to just work through it.”
“Every woman can make time — every woman — and you can do it with your baby in the room,” she says. “There’ve been countless times where I’ve worked out with my kids crawling around all over the place.”
The important thing is figuring fitness into the family. “You just make it work, and if it’s important to you, it’ll be important to them.”
People have too much of a high expectation for women to lose the baby weight after having kids…but most women are not like Gisele Bundchen who lost all her baby weight within weeks of giving birth…lol..it takes time!
