Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin shocked the world with their ‘conscious uncoupling,’ but then dup seemed to remain great friends….she now confesses it’s been hard during her speech at the #BlogHer15 conference in New York on Friday. “It’s been hard, and we’ve gone through really difficult times, but we’ve always said these children are our priority. What that really means is even though today you hate me and you never want to see me again, we’re going to brunch because it’s Sunday and that’s what we’re going to do. It’s definitely imperfect.”
She added, “I’m very, very lucky that I have a partner who’s willing to do it with me in a really collaborative way. I’m really for Chris, and he’s really for me, and our children are our priority.” Gwyneth then revealed how she explained the split and the tabloid fodder to the kids,”You know Daddy and I are famous and there’s going to be a lot of stuff out there. I can’t control what you’ll see. But you know what’s real and how much we love you.”
They made divorce look easy!
