MTV has a new show called, Hired (its a documentary/reality show). Hired follows a group of recent college grads on their venture into the job market. We get to see how and if they land their first jobs at a fashion, beauty or lifestyle company. And in an episode this week (June 3rd at 6:30PM) we are going to get a behind the scenes look at the beauty brand, theBalm and their hiring process as they search for a new office assistant. Three potential applicants are called back for final interviews and they are asked to pitch a new product idea to the staff at TheBalm. Someone comes up with a great idea while others come up a bit short.
