Heidi Klum and Seal are close to settling their bitter divorce according to TMZ. A source close to Seal says that the postnuptial agreement he signed is legit and will not challenge it, although originally he planned to challenge it. Over the weekend Seal accused of Klum of failing to wait until the end of their marriage to ‘fornicate’ with the help aka her bodyguard. An official divorce is in the horizon for this former couple.
