Last night Miss America was crowned (go Miss New York!!!!), but nerves got the best of Miss Iowa Mariah Cary. Cary was asked what she thought of the legalization of marijuana, she replied she thought it should only be used in healthcare but she ended her statement with, “I do not think it should be used for anything but recreational use in health care.” It was obvious flub if you heard the entire statement in which she was against recreational use. Cary later tweeted, “I apologize for the slip up with words in my on [stage] question..hope u all know what I meant so blessed!! Top 5 at miss America!”
