See how he created the look… with Honest Beauty!Ta used the Eyeshadow Trio in Truly Vibrant Ocean Blue, $25. To start, he applied the base shade 1 across the lid, then used the dark shade 2 to contour crease and shape outer edge of lid. To complete the
