Jennifer Aniston showed a rare side herself during a live fan Q&A at the Giffoni Film Festival in Italy over the weekend. She was asked by a member of the audience if she ever woke up in the morning and didn’t know who she was. Aniston said—- “Yes!” before tearing up during her answer.

She went on, “That moment has happened to me, like I can’t even, there’s not enough fingers and toes in this entire room to count how many times that has happened,” Aniston said tearfully. “I mean, my gosh, we’re all human beings at the end of the day, whether we’re a waitress or a baker or a student or whatever we are, at the end of the day you kind of hit walls and think you can’t go any farther and think this is too much, my heart can’t take it or the pain is too great. Am I good enough? Will I survive? You just have to sort of somehow miraculously overcome.”

She continued, “And also know that your actors, your idols, your icons, whatever you call them, have all had that experience in their lives many, many times. There’s nothing that separates us from you because we all started at the same place. We all came out of nowhere. We were all born innocent little empty vessels so don’t punish yourself. Go talk to people, seek help and just find someone to inspire you,” she said.

This breakdown comes just a few weeks after she addressed body image in media.
