Joe Francis may have to serve some jail time after being convicted of assault and false imprisonment charges.The “Girls Gone Wild” creator will have to serve at least 270 days in jail, 3 years probation, and in addition he will have to complete an anger management course along with undergoing a year of psychological counseling. he was taken from court in cuffs. His sentence stems from a 2011 incident in which three girls, who went to his L.A. home,say he attacked one of them and held them against their will. Francis wanted a retrial and the judged denied the request!
