Johnny Depp has a few character defenders after his wife, Amber Heard accused him of abuse. Depp’s daughter, Lily-Rose Depp took to Instagram to defend her father. “My dad is the sweetest most loving person I know, he’s been nothing but a wonderful father to my little brother and I, and everyone who knows him would say the same.”
And Lily-Rose’s mother also defended Depp. “Johnny Depp is the father of my two children,” she wrote in a letter obtained by TMZ. “He is a sensitive, loving and loved person, and I believe with all my heart, that these recent allegations being made are outrageous. In all the years I have known Johnny, he has never been physically abusive with me and this looks nothing like the man I lived with for 14 wonderful years.”
Depp’s friend Doug Stanhope also defended the actor saying Heard was blackmailing him, which Amber’s lawyer denies.
The LAPD officers who were dispatched to the Depp home said Heard refused to file charges and they did not see and physical injuries on the actress.
