Justin Bieber is no stranger to the tabloids but being the target of a murder plot in another story. Two men from Albuquerque planned to head to NY and murder the teen pop star and several other people. The plan was hashed out by Mark Staake and Dana Martin after the two met in prison. Staake recruited his nephew, Tanner Ruane to help him carry out the murder plots. Martin, a convicted killer serving two life sentences for raping and killing a 15-year-old girl in Vermont, in 2000 according to KRQE. Staake was thankfully arrested in Vermont on outstanding warrants before any plan could be carried out. Ruane was apprehended in NYC with murder tools and pruning shears according to Us Magazine. Bieber’s manager, Scooter Braun told Us Magazine, “We take every precaution to protect and insure the safety of Justin and his fans.”
Martin recruited Staake who in turn recruited his nephew to carry out four murders after Staake got out of prison. Cops say Martin asked the two to first go to Vermont and take out two former acquaintances.
He gave strict orders to strangle the victims with a paisley tie, the kind Martin used as his calling card, and here is where things get grisly.
Tanner Ruane was in charge of castrating the victims.
Martin told cops there was a bigger plot, the murder and castration of Bieber and his bodyguard. Turns out Martin is obsessed with Bieber and KRQE News 13 has learned he’s even got a tattoo of the superstar on his leg.
Staake was arrested in Vermont on outstanding warrants before carrying out any of the killings, but his nephew was let go.
Cops recorded phone calls where Ruane, who made it to New York, tells Martin he’s disappointed he couldn’t carry out the murders.
New York police arrested Ruane, who had murder tools and pruning shears with him.
KRQE News 13 tried to contact Justin Bieber’s representatives Tuesday, but did not get a call back.
Martin actually turned in Staake and Ruane and for some mysterious reason foiled the plot he cooked up.
