Katy Perry and Russell Brand have settled their divorce very amicably. Good for them! Katy will return to her maiden name.
Katy Perry and Russell Brand have reached a “comprehensive written settlement of all issues,” according to a filing Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court.
With no children at issue, the agreement covers distribution of their property, the papers say, and she asks that the court not be involved in awarding spousal support to Brand.
Perry, 27, also seeks to legally restore her maiden name to Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson.
