What a special birthday, Katy Perry got to spend her birthday with the First Lady. Perry has been a strong supporter of the Obama campaign and even held a concert where she was dressed as a ballot. Perry tweeted, ”NOW my bday is complete! Lunch with @MichelleObama#chicvote”
