Ke$ha has decided to enter rehab this morning for an eating disorder. The pop singer has looked slimmer in recent months which she said was a product of her rigorous exercise regimen. She released a statement to TMZ, I’m a crusader for being yourself and loving yourself, but I’ve found it hard to practice. I’ll be unavailable for the next 30 days, seeking treatment for my eating disorder … to learn to love myself again, exactly as I am.”
Ke$ha is allegedly at the Timberline Knolls near Chicago, the same facility Demi Lovato used for her issue. It’s unclear what prompted her entry to rehab but her trainer had said her smaller frame came from exercise and diet. Ke$ha’s trainer Kit Rich shared her workout plan with E!, “We’ve been doing a lot of circuit training and incorporating Pilates exercises with weights that heighten and shape the butt. Lunges, squats, stairs and isolated glute exercises.” Adding that her diet was also healthier, “She makes fresh vegetable and fruit juices in her juicer daily. Plus, she eats lots of protein—she really loves salmon!—and steamed veggies and tons of water.”
