Finally, Kelly Rutherford gets to see her children in the United States. Kelly and her kids in son Hermes, 8, and daughter Helena, 6 were spotted in NYC with their mother outside her apartment. Rutherford and her ex-husband, German businessman Daniel Giersch were embattled in a nasty custody for the past six years. The children have been living abroad with their father following a judge’s decision to let the American-born children reside with their father.
A California judge gave Kelly temporary sole legal and physical custody of the children in May, but that was trumpeted following a Monaco judge that said she could have the children for the summer.
Hopefully Kelly can get this matter resolved soon.
