Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner were spotted out on NYC promoting thier new young adult novel, Rebels: City of Indra: The Story of Lex and Livia.. And yes it does look like Kylie’s hair matches Kendall’s suit right?
She talked about the color change on Live with Kelly and Michael. “I think I have an addiction with changing my hair, so I’ll be like teal one week, blue the next, blond the other week.They [Kardashian Fam] all told me they didn’t want me to do it before I did it. When I did it my mom was like, ‘You look like a Skittle.’ I was like, ‘Now I’m going to have this hair for two years since you said that.’”
